Our Compliance Transaction Service helps streamline the compliance process by organizing transaction documents, preparing commission-related paperwork, and coordinating file closeout requirements in one efficient workflow. You’ll receive a checklist of any missing or incomplete items to assist with compliance preparation, while circulation and follow-up for outstanding documents and due diligence research are not included.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Our Document Preparation service prepares all required agency-related paperwork to ensure your transaction is properly documented and compliant. We’ll let you know when the documents are ready for review in your e-signature platform for execution and coordination.
MLS FULL SERVICE
Our MLS Full Service includes complete listing input and management to help ensure your property is accurately and professionally presented on the MLS. Listing data is entered based on either tax card information or an agent-provided MLS input sheet and includes uploading photos and attachments, as well as adding or updating open house dates to keep the listing current and market-ready. Please note that document preparation and Due Diligence services are not included.
