With over 15 years of experience as a successful real estate agent in New Hampshire, Denise relocated to Florida in 2021. She transitioned into transaction coordination, supporting our agents in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Eventually, she also earned her Florida real estate license and now actively sells there while continuing to offer expert transaction coordination services with Simplifyr.
Nicole Rama, Transaction Coordinator
Nicole spent over five years as a preprocessor in Title before transitioning to coordination for real estate agents. While the two roles share similarities, the shift has brought new challenges and rewards. Since making the move, Nicole has grown to truly love what she does as a transaction coordinator. She thrives on building strong connections with her agents and takes pride in being a reliable, supportive part of their team.
